No. You pick your pair, paste the address you want the coins sent to, and send your deposit. There is nothing to sign up for and no identity check for an ordinary swap.

Most swaps finish in 5 to 30 minutes. The real wait is network confirmations — a Bitcoin deposit takes longer than one on Solana or Tron, and busy networks slow everything down a little.

A fixed rate locks the amount you receive for a short window, so you know exactly what lands. A floating rate follows the market until your deposit confirms, which can pay a bit more or a bit less than the first quote.

The rate you see already includes our margin and the network fee for sending your coins out. There is no separate charge added later, and we never ask for extra money to release a swap.

Yes, that is our split payout feature. Add up to ten addresses, set the percentage each one should get, and the swap is distributed accordingly. Every split still has to clear the minimum amount for the pair.

Tiny amounts get eaten by network fees, and very large ones depend on how much liquidity the pair has at that moment. Both limits are shown with your quote before you commit.

Deposits that miss the quoted amount are handled at the rate available when they arrive, and anything outside the limits is refunded. Add a refund address before you send so we always have somewhere to return funds.

Check the deposit transaction on a block explorer first; nothing can move until it confirms. If it is confirmed and more than an hour has passed, email us with your swap ID and we will chase it.

Yes. When a coin needs a memo or destination tag, the field appears with the address. Leaving it out can strand the funds, so copy both exactly as shown.

Nothing. CravySwap is fully non-KYC and non-custodial, so we do not collect or store any data about you — no names, no documents, no accounts, no tracking.

Yes. Sanctions and local crypto bans mean we cannot serve a number of countries and regions, and connections through anonymising networks are refused. The full list lives on our Restricted countries page.
