How a CravySwap swap works

There is no account, no dashboard and nothing to top up. A swap is one short flow from quote to payout, and this page walks through every step of it.

  1. 1

Pick the pair and the amount

Choose the coin you are sending and the one you want back, then pick the network for each side. Type an amount on either side and the other updates as we price it.

  2. 2

Choose a fixed or floating rate

Fixed locks what you receive for a short window. Floating follows the market until your deposit confirms. Both are quoted before you commit anything.

  3. 3

Say where the coins should go

Paste one receiving address, or add up to ten and set the percentage each should get. A refund address is optional but worth adding — it is where funds return if something falls outside the limits.

  4. 4

    Send your deposit

We show a deposit address with a QR code, plus a memo or tag when the coin needs one. Send the quoted amount in a single transaction from your own wallet.

  5. 5

    We do the exchange

Once the deposit confirms, the exchange runs through our liquidity partner and the outgoing transaction is built for each of your addresses.

  6. 6

    Your coins arrive

You get a transaction ID per payout so you can follow it on a block explorer. Most swaps land within 5 to 30 minutes, depending on the networks involved.

Split payouts in practice

A split swap is created as one exchange per destination, each at the share you set. That keeps every payout traceable on its own, and it means each share has to be large enough to clear the minimum for the pair — the widget tells you when a share is too small.

What we never do

We do not hold your balance, ask for a password, or email you asking for extra funds to release a swap. Everything happens inside the swap you started, and support only ever needs your swap ID.
